All data, which - as described in this privacy policy - have been collected as the part of the use of our website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online store, are stored on the servers of this service provider. Processing on other servers takes place only to the extent specified in this privacy policy.

The service provider is based in a country belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Collecting and processing data in order to perform the contract and create a customer account

We collect personal data only when you provide it to us voluntarily by placing your order, contacting us (e.g. via the contact form or by email) or by creating a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because the data contained in them is necessary for us to perform the contract or consideration of the case in which you contacted us or set up a customer account. Without their application, you cannot finish the order or set up a customer account or contact us. Collection of particular data depends on forms to which data in entered. After completing the contract or deleting your customer account, the processing of your data will be limited, and after the retention periods set out in the tax regulations and the Accounting Act, the data will be deleted, unless you expressly agree to continue using this data or in accordance with applicable regulations we reserve the right to continue using the data (in such situation we will inform you in the statement). Your customer account can be deleted at any time. For this purpose, please send a message to our contact address indicated in the section "Our contact details and your rights" or use the appropriate function in your customer account.

3. Data transmission

In order to perform the contract, we transmit your data to the delivery company involved in the delivery (if it is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods). Depending on which payment service provider you choose in the ordering process, we transfer the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution servicing the payment and alternatively to the payment service provider chosen by us or by you for payment purposes. Some payment service providers collect data themselves if you register an account there. In such cases, you must log in at your payment service provider with your access data. Then, the privacy policy of the payment service provider applies.

Transferring data to the delivery company

If you give us your express permission during or after placing your order, we will pass your email address and telephone number to the delivery company so that they may contact you before the order is delivered to advise or to agree on the delivery terms.

The above consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending us an appropriate message to our contact address indicated in the section "Our contact details and your rights" or by sending a message directly to the delivery company to the following contact address. After withdrawing your consent, we will delete your data provided for this purpose, unless you expressly consent further use of your data for other purposes or we reserved the right to continue using the data in the lawful cases, which - in this case, we will inform you about this in this statement.

5. Integration with Trusted Shops Trustbadge

Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated with our website. It is used to present our Trusted Shops Quality Mark.

It protects our legitimate interest, consisting of the optimal presentation of our offer on the market. Trustbadge and the services advertised in this way are the offer of Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany.

If you use the Trustbadge server, it automatically remembers the so-called server logs containing e.g. Your IP address, date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the internet service provider submitting the request (access data) and documents the Trustbadge call. The above-mentioned access data are not subject to analysis and are automatically overwritten within seven days from the end of your visit to the website.

Other personal information is only transferred to Trusted Shops if you decide to use Trusted Shops after placing an order in the store or have already registered in order to use them. In such cases, the contract concluded between you and Trusted Shops applies.
